Dropr keeps the v0 data model narrow.

Dropr is a Shopify app that creates and manages product-page cross-sell widgets. This policy describes the data used for the current v0 product.

Data Dropr uses

Shop domain and Shopify installation/session records.
Product catalog data needed to show recommendations.
Widget configuration such as headline, layout, style, and placement.
Aggregate widget events such as impressions, clicks, and adds to cart.

Data Dropr does not store in v0

No customer names.
No customer emails or phone numbers.
No addresses.
No Shopify customer IDs or protected customer fields.

Data requests

Email support@dropr.studio with your shop domain for access, deletion, or privacy questions. Shopify compliance webhooks are configured for customer data requests, customer redaction, and shop redaction.
